Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Instasleb LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of Family Wisdom Vault, and govern your use of FamilyWisdomVault.com, the Family Wisdom Vault service, and related pages, forms and materials (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for users in the United States. If you use the Service on behalf of a family member or another person, you represent that you have the authority to do so and will respect that person’s privacy and rights.

2. Availability

Family Wisdom Vault is opening to founding families in limited groups. Access is not guaranteed until enrollment is confirmed. Requesting access does not itself create a subscription or a right to access, and we may change the timing, size or order of enrollment groups.

3. Membership and payment

A Family Wisdom Vault family membership is $99 per month for up to five family accounts total, billed month-to-month, and may be canceled at any time. A paid subscription begins only after the customer affirmatively completes checkout and accepts the applicable subscription terms. Price, included usage, renewal, cancellation and any refund terms are shown at checkout, and those checkout terms control. A subscription renews each month until canceled; to avoid the next charge, cancel before the next renewal date.

4. What Family Wisdom Vault is

Family Wisdom Vault is a private family AI and knowledge service. A family starts with one family member who voluntarily shares stories, advice, recipes, contacts, family history, relationships and other family knowledge through everyday conversation. Invited family members can then ask questions and retrieve that information. Over time, other invited family members may contribute their own knowledge within the family plan. Family Wisdom Vault does not impersonate any family member. It tells you when an answer comes directly from something a person shared, and tells you clearly when it is making a best guess based on what they taught it.

Contributions are kept attributed to the person who shared them. When another family member contributes, earlier contributions are not replaced or rewritten by the new contributor’s perspective.

5. AI limitations; no professional advice

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or inappropriate. Family facts, recipes, dates, relationships and other details should be verified against original sources when accuracy matters. Family Wisdom Vault is not a medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, caregiving, monitoring or emergency service and does not replace qualified professional advice, direct human care or emergency services.

6. Your content

You keep the rights you already hold in the stories, messages and other content you or your family submit (“Family Content”). You give us and our service providers a non-exclusive permission to host, store, process, display and transmit Family Content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service, respond to you, comply with law and enforce these Terms. You are responsible for having the right to submit Family Content, including content about other people. Family Content is never sold and is never used for third-party targeted advertising.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, probe or bypass security, submit malware, scrape or copy at scale, use the Service for fraud, harassment or unlawful purposes, impersonate another person, or submit another person’s private information without authorization.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, the Family Wisdom Vault name and logo, and all design, copy, graphics, code and other materials we supply are owned by or licensed to Instasleb LLC and protected by applicable law. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

9. Third-party providers

We rely on third-party hosting, AI, analytics, advertising measurement, email, form, payment and other providers to operate the Service. Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are not controlled by us.

10. Changes and availability

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we recommend keeping independent copies of information that is irreplaceable to your family.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY AND SECURITY.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSTASLEB LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Instasleb LLC and the parties listed above from claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your Family Content, your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first send us a written description of the dispute through the Contact page and allow 30 days for an informal resolution. Any claim not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Mercer County, New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any subscription terms accepted at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date shows when they last changed.
