This Privacy Policy explains how Family Wisdom Vault, operated by Instasleb LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses and protects information when you visit FamilyWisdomVault.com, contact us, or request access to Family Wisdom Vault.

1. Information you provide

• Founding-family access requests: your email address, your consent to receive access and launch updates, and any optional message you include.
• Contact form: your name, email address, topic and message.
• Correspondence: information you share with us in follow-up communication.

Please do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information.

2. Information collected automatically

When you visit the site we may collect IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, referring page, pages viewed, time on site, button and link activity, form-completion events, and campaign parameters such as UTM tags and advertising click identifiers.

3. Analytics and advertising

We use analytics and advertising technologies such as Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used, measure advertising performance and improve Family Wisdom Vault. 5. How we share information

We share information with service providers that help us host, operate, analyze and secure the site and our communications — for example web hosting, form processing, analytics, advertising measurement and email providers — and with professional advisers. Service providers process information under their agreements with us and applicable law.

6. Family content is never sold

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not sell family stories, messages or other private family content. Private family content is never used for third-party targeted advertising. Where a state privacy law treats the use of advertising and analytics technologies as “sharing” or “targeted advertising,” we provide the controls that law requires.

7. Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining the access list, responding to you, preventing fraud, meeting legal and accounting obligations and resolving disputes. Analytics and advertising providers keep information according to their own retention settings.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, and we cannot promise that information will never be lost, misused, altered or accessed without authorization.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of certain personal information, and to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising or profiling. We make a reasonable effort to honor verified access, correction and deletion requests even where a specific statute may not apply.

FamilyWisdomVault.com and Family Wisdom Vault memberships are intended for adults 18 and older. Please do not submit information about a child unless you have the authority to do so and it is necessary for your request.
